New KILLER Features...

 

Real Estate Listings

Many updates have been added to the Real Estate Web Site the Performance Web Page, built around as the name suggests... Branded Lead Generation.

The Performance Web Page has just been enhanced with the newest version of a scrolling photo feature that enables Real Estate Agents to upload pictures of listings or special offers with just a few clicks. The big benefit is that the visitor to the web site must opt-in with their name and contact information to view more photos or to get more details, resulting in a branded lead.

For clarity, a Branded Lead happens when a person that signs up on your web site, knowing that you are a real estate agent by virtue of the fact that they see your face, your logo and your company logo and they still give you their name and number.

As well this new listing display feature enables agents to feature properties such as open houses or price reductions or new listings.

The last  feature added to the Performance Web Page was was the addition of new header images with special offers to encourage Buyers and Sellers to leave their name, number and email address.

The next big feature that we hope to have enabled in just a few days will be the addition of social media buttons.

Test marketing http://SellingToolz.com Split Test marketing and taking polls when you are writing ads or creating content for your target market can be one of most valuable steps you can take when creating a successful ad or content campaign.

This video walks through some of the steps that I took when creating a series of banner ads for the real estate websites we have called the Performance Web Page. As the name of the websites would suggest they are built with a results as the main goal.

In this short video we also discuss the benefits of writing multiple ads and the use of multiple websites when running Pay Per Click ad campaigns or when marketing on classified ad sites.

The results of the poll we took had me make a totally unsuspected decision.  Had I not done the poll I would have select the last place finisher in the banner building completion. This was a total surprise, right up until the last moment I had not even planned on doing a poll. And the actual winner of the poll I thought they would have come in third.

I did end up selecting multiple sets of headers so that the Realtors® working with the Performance Web Page would have more to choose from.
