My Name is James Osmar, real estate websites, real estate training and lead management is what I do. I am a Internet Marketing and Lead Generation Master...  Very soon we will be starting the new training series the Realtor® Road Map in coordination with the Commission Gusher Training program

This real estate training will be covering everything from goal setting for individuals, to getting your team to properly develop and implement their own goals in a way that enhances the team’s goals.

Much of this training will be focused on real estate websites and lead generation. However to really understand the benefits of using technology to leverage yourself this training will be much broader and all encompassing.

According to NAR in just a short 7 years, the percentage of homebuyers using the Internet to search for homes has increased from 79% to 99%.  This should make it obvious that almost everything that you do when marketing yourself and generating leads should be about directing traffic to the right kind of website.

We will be discussing how to implement two different list-building methods; the first will be the study of Branded leads and the second with low-Branded leads. We will even show you how to build and maintain your most important list.

In today’s new real estate world, you will find that you will explode your growth by directing almost all traffic online and offline traffic to one of these two styles of websites. However with your long-term list we will show you how you must do things differently.

New Photo Scroll Feature Added to the Performance Web Page

New KILLER Features...

 

Real Estate Listings

Many updates have been added to the Real Estate Web Site the Performance Web Page, built around as the name suggests... Branded Lead Generation.

The Performance Web Page has just been enhanced with the newest version of a scrolling photo feature that enables Real Estate Agents to upload pictures of listings or special offers with just a few clicks. The big benefit is that the visitor to the web site must opt-in with their name and contact information to view more photos or to get more details, resulting in a branded lead.

For clarity, a Branded Lead happens when a person that signs up on your web site, knowing that you are a real estate agent by virtue of the fact that they see your face, your logo and your company logo and they still give you their name and number.

As well this new listing display feature enables agents to feature properties such as open houses or price reductions or new listings.

The last  feature added to the Performance Web Page was was the addition of new header images with special offers to encourage Buyers and Sellers to leave their name, number and email address.

The next big feature that we hope to have enabled in just a few days will be the addition of social media buttons.

Test marketing http://SellingToolz.com Split Test marketing and taking polls when you are writing ads or creating content for your target market can be one of most valuable steps you can take when creating a successful ad or content campaign.

This video walks through some of the steps that I took when creating a series of banner ads for the real estate websites we have called the Performance Web Page. As the name of the websites would suggest they are built with a results as the main goal.

In this short video we also discuss the benefits of writing multiple ads and the use of multiple websites when running Pay Per Click ad campaigns or when marketing on classified ad sites.

The results of the poll we took had me make a totally unsuspected decision.  Had I not done the poll I would have select the last place finisher in the banner building completion. This was a total surprise, right up until the last moment I had not even planned on doing a poll. And the actual winner of the poll I thought they would have come in third.

I did end up selecting multiple sets of headers so that the Realtors® working with the Performance Web Page would have more to choose from.

I sincerely believe that there has never been a time in the history of Real Estate when Realtors® could achieve such Massive Sales and Profit as they can today!

The reason I say this is because of the use of the tools and the better understanding about how to use these tools is now more easily available.

Years ago when newspaper and magazine advertising was about all we had. The cost per leads could be extraordinarily expensive, making it hard to earn a profit.

Today we have the use of the Internet and with the extensive leverage it offers, when fully understood, the cost per lead can often be free or only be pennies.

The better way to go about a building your lead generating traffic source is to implement an In-Bound-Marketing strategy. One that sources leads from multiple areas and enables you to develop a short term and long term relationship with your list.

The words In-Bound-Marketing should lead you to conclude that the efforts from your marketing have an In-Bound cause and effect relationship. When you learn to effectively market using the correct principles. People will seek you out.

When using In-Bound-Marketing methods, you will receive as a direct benefit; friendlier leads and you will be more able to develop a smarter way to approach these people.

Because when you do this correctly, at the highest level of perfection, you will receive not only leads. You will receive eager clients and customers wanting to work with you…
