Real Estate Agent Training -  Every survey, every study all the data that can be found on the subject of where buyers and sellers are looking for homes today, points to the Internet. When the National Association of Real Estate Professionals is showing us that over 94% of people going to the web to start their search and 75% of them choosing the first agent they meet then as real estate agents we had better listen up.

The National Association of Real Estate Professionals also tells us that 88% of agents are still trying to use paper to look for their leads... another interesting statistic I read the other day pointed out that only 7% of people are going to newspapers and magazines to find a home.

My name is James Osmar of SellingToolz Ltd. and after 20 years of selling I would like just a few minutes if your time so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not Internet Prospecting is for you. Remember you must prospect.
