It has been said that only 50% of Real Estate agents make the second call when following up on a new lead. http://SellingToolz.com

James_The First Call

As we all know following up on a lead that we have never spoken to before can be a challenge,  however it does not have to be. I will clearly lay out for you a strategy that once understood will have a dramatic improvement on your lead conversion and future follow-up.

Called the Sticky Strategy and using the Advance websites as one of your main reasons and reference points during the call. There to very basic scripts I will discuss here, step one is the Courtesy Call and in step two we segue into the Fair-weather Script.

Pay close attention and follow this strategy and I promise you when you, when look back after and a period of time had past, you will be glad that you did.
